After placing the order with us, if the customer has any doubts regarding the order, such doubts will be resolved immediately over the call, even after a conversation. If the customer is unsatisfied with our efforts, then in such a case, the customer can resort to an easy refund. For that, the customer has to get in touch with their order id, and we will process a quick refund without having the customer pay any cancellation charges.

*Note- customer has a window of 48 hours to cancel the order and requests a refund in case they have ordered the wrong product. Once the product is out in transit, the customer is liable for the shipping and handling charges.
